Shoma Inc has entered into a collaboration to develop a Machine Learning software for Biotechnology with a goal to correlate the macro level mutagen effect, e.g., soil dynamics, acid rain and use of pesticide on plant virus mutations. The software is called Mutageny. Currently the pilot software will aid R&D work; once the Mutageny knowledge base is ready, it can improve the farming productivity by an order of magnitude.
